Oven Potatoes

Makes: 4 to 6 servings

Total Time: 45 minutes


  • 1 lb. russet or fingerling potatoes
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • Olive oil


Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut potatoes into bite-sized chunks, and place on nonstick oven pan. Pour packet of onion soup mix over potatoes and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 45 minutes.
